This is a question we must all ask ourselves.
Salvation does not come by knowing about Jesus but
knowing Jesus. Do you know Him? Have you met
Him for yourself? These questions are easy to
answer if you have expierenced the love and grace of
Jesus already. If you have not met Him then these
questions are not easy.

It is simple. It is not by any self-effort but as simple
as the A,B,C's.
A) Admit I am a sinner in God's eyes. If a person
has ever lied, even just once this is sin. The Bible
tells us that we all have sinned (Rom 3:23). One
sin makes me a sinner according to God's Word,
and sin will banish a sinner to a place called hell
forever. But God's love made provision at the
cross, to overcome the penalty of my sin.(Rom.
6:23)
B) Believe that Jesus died on the cross for your sin
and rose from the dead (Rom.10:8-10). To believe
in God is more than acknowledging Him but
repenting. To repent means to change ones mind
about what he or she thinks and agree with God
and His Word. This means a change of direction
from my way to God's way.
C) Confess with your mouth and believe in your
heart that Jesus is the Son of God. Your
confession is this simple. Dear Lord Jesus save
me from my sin. If you believed in your heart that
Jesus is the Son Of God and rose from the grave.
This simple confession of faith in Jesus will
forever change your life. The angels in Heaven will
write your name in the Lamb's Book of Life. And
you will receive the gift of eternal life that Jesus
promised you in John 3:16

You begin to develop your relationship with God
through his Son Jesus. How do you do this you might
ask? There are three simple keys to start with.
1) Begin to pray, this is nothing more than talking to
God just like you would anyone else. He knows you
do not feel like you know what to say. God is not
concerned so much with what you say, but with your
heart. Just be real with Him. Tell Him your cares and
concern. He cares for you and you will begin to see
and hear the answer of your prayers.
2) Get a Bible and begin to read it. Do not feel like it
does not make since or is too hard to understand.
The Bible is a book that the Holy Spirit will reveal to
you day by day. There is no one who understands the
Bible fully and all of us have felt frustrated at times
reading the Bible. But as you spend more time with
the Lord and reading the Bible you will begin to
understand more each day.
3) Pray and ask the Lord to lead you to a good Bible
teaching Church and participate in the ministry. This
is how we all learn through prayer, reading the word
and fellowship. If you start with these three simple
steps you will find yourself growing in the grace and
knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ
